For one night only, Melrose head chef and Longrain veteran, Arté Assavakavinvong, joins forces with Siffredi’s owner/head chef and Stokehouse Q veteran, Ollie Hansford.
The pair have developed a six-course South East Asian menu, drawing on inspiration from their culinary experiences, with the first three courses being a dish from each chef.
To complete the experience, each course will be paired with unique tropical cocktails, specially crafted by our friends from Nusa Caña Rum.
Bookings are non-refundable and changeable – this is a one night only event. Due to the nature of the menu, we are unable to make any changes or accommodate further to gluten free, vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian dietary requests.
From 2pm – 6pm every Sunday at Melrose.
We’re kicking off the Spring season with live DJ sessions every Sunday from 2pm – 6pm.
As the sun goes down, let us transport you to the chilled Bali beach clubs with our open air rooftop and tropical beats.
Lunch/Dinner menu 2pm – 3pm // Bar Snacks 3pm – 5pm // Lunch/Dinner menu 5pm onwards.
Bookings are essential – 2 hour sittings.
