THE MELROSE MASTERCLASS
Join us for an intimate masterclass at Melrose Restaurant
4 hour class from 12pm – 4pm • $150 per person • Sit down lunch with the demonstrated dishes • 2 glasses of wine
Watch and learn from our chefs as they utilises clay pot hibachi grills, fresh local Australian produce and traditional mortar and pestle to create his very own Thai and Indonesian recipes.
